B2B eCommerce System Administrator – Southbank, Melbourne

Your Impact

This is a newly created role supporting a major transformation across Asahi’s digital ordering platforms. As our business rolls out a new customer portal and broader system enhancements, you’ll play a critical role in keeping BAU operations running smoothly while internal teams focus on project delivery.

You’ll be the go-to for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), ensuring our B2B ordering platforms run seamlessly across both Alcohol and Non-Alcohol portfolios. From troubleshooting issues to supporting product launches and system upgrades, your work will directly impact customer experience, sales execution, and operational efficiency across the business.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) B2B platforms
  • Act as the first point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer and field queries
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, product visibility issues and order failures
  • Support field sales, CSC, National Accounts and internal teams with system-related queries
  • Maintain product catalogues, pricing displays, user access and account hierarchies
  • Manage inbound requests through the B2B operations inbox within SLAs
  • Support new product launches, SKU transitions and promotional configurations
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to testing (UAT/regression) and broader transformation projects including the customer portal rollout
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, IT and Digital teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is essential
  • Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem (ECC/S4) and system integrations
  • Background supporting digital commerce or customer-facing platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment and “putting out fires”
  • High attention to detail with strong governance and documentation discipline
  • Confident stakeholder manager across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong systems aptitude with the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience supporting testing, upgrades or transformation initiatives is highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
