Joining our iconic Yatala brewery, as an Engineering Stores Brewery Technician you’ll play a key role in ensuring critical engineering spare parts and chemicals are available when needed. Supporting maintenance, breakdown response and site operations, your work will help protect production reliability, cost control and safety.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same - from stock control and reporting to supporting site-wide activities and engaging with multiple teams.

Please note: This role operates on a 9-day fortnight:
• Week 1: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Week 2: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering spare parts and chemical inventory to ensure availability
• Raise purchase orders and support materials planning in line with site needs
• Maintain accurate SAP records, stock movements and reporting
• Coordinate supplier repairs, returns and deliveries to site
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support broader site activities as required, including chemical store support, deliveries and reporting
• Contribute to improving store layout, processes and inventory control

About You

• Experience in stores, inventory or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Strong relationship-building skills - able to work closely with planners, trades and wider site teams
• Flexible and adaptable approach - able to manage a varied, non-routine workload
• Mechanical or engineering background (highly regarded)
• Experience using SAP or similar systems (desirable)
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel for reporting and tracking
• High attention to detail with solid organisational skills
• Exposure to chemical handling and/or forklift licence (highly regarded)
