Your Impact

As PMO Lead Salesforce, you’ll play a critical role in delivering transformation initiatives that improve field service, equipment servicing, and territory planning outcomes. Partnering closely with the Program Lead, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, multi‑workstream program enabled by Salesforce Field Service and Territory Planning capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

• Build and own a single, integrated program plan across all workstreams
• Establish and run PMO cadences, including planning cycles, status reporting, and governance forums
• Maintain consolidated tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, and actions (RAID)
• Enable cross‑workstream alignment by identifying interdependencies and sequencing activities
• Proactively escalate risks and drive resolution to maintain delivery pace
• Support preparation of materials for executive governance (CCG, Portfolio, SteerCo)
• Provide clear line of sight from detailed delivery activity through to executive oversight

About You

• Proven experience as a PMO Lead, Project Manager, or similar role supporting transformation programs
• Strong planning, coordination, and governance capability across multiple workstreams
• Confident managing RAID, dependencies, and delivery tracking in complex environments
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong communicator, able to synthesise information into clear, concise updates
• Comfortable working in structured yet evolving programs with ambiguity
• Exposure to technology‑enabled initiatives (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) strongly regarded
• FMCG or customer‑led environment experience desirable
