Your Impact

The Finance and Strategy Manager- Never Never, will play a critical role in driving performance in line with Never Never business cases, delivering insights and decision making with clear data sourcing and analysis, cross functional / Asahi problem solving and key project support. 

You will manage high-impact, high-value strategic growth projects, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of value creation for Never Never and Asahi.  

This role will also support the core finance function of Never Never, including providing accurate, timely and reliable financial information to drive insights for critical business decisions, and overall accountability for financial reporting both internally and externally. 

The role will cover 3 key areas: 

  • Data Analysis, Decision and Presentation Support: Manage the significant scope of data sets required to deliver insight and support key decision making for the Never Never business across strategy, commercial, growth projects and beyond 

  • Strategic Growth & Planning: Partner with Senior Stakeholders to drive key strategic projects for Never Never across the Asahi Beverages business 

  • Finance Business Partnering & Reporting: Overall accountability for financial reporting, internally and externally 

 We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actional insights and recommendations. Partnered with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders who is not afraid be hands on and in the detail. 

What you bring? 

  • Strong financial acumen and degree qualified (Accounting, Finance, Business or related) 

  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles 

  • Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry highly desirable  

  • Business change experience 

  • High level of proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis 

 

This role could be based in Adelaide or Melbourne
