Supply Chain Planning Specialist – Asahi Beverages Ventures
Melbourne Southbank | Full-Time
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst within our Asahi Beverages Ventures (ABV) business, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping our craft brands moving seamlessly from production to our customers. This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic FMCG environment, where every decision you make helps deliver moments of connection and celebration.
This is a broad, fast-paced position that will give you exposure across reporting, inventory management, NPD, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Demand Replenishment Planning (DRP) process to ensure stock levels meet customer needs.
- Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for ABV, resolving challenges and balancing priorities.
- Analyse supply chain performance and provide actionable insights to improve cost, service, and inventory KPIs – heavy Excel and Power BI usage.
- Lead new product launches and projects through the end-to-end supply chain.
- Collaborate with craft partners and 3PL providers to troubleshoot and optimise operations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (3PLs, Craft partners)
What We're Looking For
- Solid foundational understanding of supply chain — you don't need to have done this exact role before, but you need to understand how product moves from production to shelf
- Strong Excel skills are non-negotiable; Power BI exposure is a bonus
- A genuine problem solver — someone who can be given an outcome and work backwards to find the solution independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in a supply chain-adjacent role — customer service/experience, customer logistics, warehousing, dispatch, or procurement are all relevant backgrounds
- SAP familiarity is a plus
- Degree qualified preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
What's In It For You
- Exposure across analytics, operations, NPD, and stakeholder management — all in one role
- Work alongside some of Australia's most exciting craft beverage brands — Balter, 4 Pines, Mountain Goat, Pirate Life, Green Beacon, Never Never, and Strangelove
- Collaborative team culture based in Melbourne Southbank
