Your Impact
As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow some of our most important retail partnerships across Key Independent Retail (KIR) and LMG. You’ll be responsible for delivering profitable growth by building deep customer relationships, developing commercially strong account plans, and driving best-in-class execution across your portfolio. This is a highly strategic role where you’ll influence outcomes end-to-end—from planning through to execution—while shaping how we create value with our customers.
This role is open to NSW or VIC candidates
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to achieve revenue, share and profitability targets across KIR & LMG
- Lead the end-to-end execution of business plans, including promotions, pricing and activation activity
- Partner with Field teams to drive consistent, high-quality in-store execution and compliance
- Build and manage strong, long-term customer relationships, from head office through to store level
- Monitor performance and use data and insights to optimise plans, improve profitability and drive growth
- Lead customer reviews and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
About You
- Proven experience in account management within FMCG or retail, ideally managing key or strategic customers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build account plans and deliver profitable growth
- Confident working with data, financials and performance metrics to inform decisions
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to execute plans through others and drive alignment across teams
- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
