Your Impact

 

As a Key Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth across our Independent Brands Australia (IBA) customer network. You’ll bring Asahi’s MSO strategy to life, delivering revenue, volume and share growth by activating key programs, strengthening customer partnerships, and lifting in-store execution across a diverse multi-site operator landscape. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence commercial outcomes and elevate performance across your portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Deliver strong volume, revenue and share growth across your IBA MSO portfolio
  • Execute the MSO Growth Program, including incentives, promotions and activation plans
  • Leverage data and scorecards to identify opportunities, track performance and prioritise activity
  • Partner with Field teams to drive best-in-class in-store execution (pricing, ranging, visibility and promotions)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSO stakeholders, including owners, banner groups and category managers
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance conversations to drive engagement and continuous improvement

 

About You

 

  • Proven experience in account management, field sales or business development
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Experience working with multi-site or banner groups (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through execution excellence and influencing stakeholders
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
