Regional Sales Manager Grocery
Location: Western Australia / South Australia

Your Impact

This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing field sales team and shape Asahi's presence across the Grocery channel throughout Western Australia and South Australia.

Working closely with National Sales Managers, State Account Managers and the wider Grocery leadership team, you'll coach, develop and inspire your team to deliver outstanding commercial results while building strong customer partnerships across the state.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Executives to consistently achieve sales targets, KPI's and market share growth.

  • Partner with State Account Managers and the National Grocery team to successfully execute commercial strategies, promotional programs and new product launches.

  • Drive strong execution in market, ensuring sales initiatives are delivered to the highest standard across your territory.

  • Develop your team's commercial capability, helping them understand financial drivers, product mix, promotional activity and margin outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including State Trading Managers, Regional Managers and Store Managers.

  • Monitor performance through scorecards, coaching conversations and regular field visits, identifying opportunities to improve capability and results.

  • Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and Asahi's values.

  • Ensure compliance across safety, environmental standards and all people management processes.

About You

You'll be an experienced FMCG sales leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams and creating strong customer relationships.

You'll also bring:

  • Previous leadership experience within FMCG field sales, ideally managing Territory Managers or Business Development Executives.

  • Strong coaching and people development skills with a passion for helping others succeed.

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Experience working with major grocery customers and understanding retail execution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, resilient and hands-on leadership style with a genuine drive for results.
