Your Impact

This is a newly created role supporting Asahi Beverages’ strategic planning cycle. You will help turn strategy into clear priorities, aligned plans and better business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Program Management, you will work with senior leaders across the business to bring consistency and clarity to planning. You will pull together inputs, highlight trade-offs and help teams focus on what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategic planning cycle, including calendar, forums, milestones and decision points
• Bring together inputs from across functions and ensure plans are clear, prioritised and aligned
• Identify risks, gaps and dependencies across business plans
• Support senior stakeholders with clear insights to guide priorities and decisions
• Set up and run simple governance, including forums, templates and planning routines
• Improve how planning is done by simplifying processes and lifting accountability

About You

You are commercially astute and effective in navigating complex, cross-functional environments, with the ability to distil diverse inputs into clear, actionable outcomes.

You will also bring:

• 5+ years experience in strategy, business planning, transformation, program delivery or strategic planning roles
• Experience working across cross functional or matrix environments
• Strong planning, governance and process skills
• Commercial thinking and the ability to link strategy to outcomes
• Confident stakeholder management, including senior leaders
• Ability to turn complex information into clear plans and insights
• A track record of improving processes and ways of working
• FMCG, commercial, FP&A experience will be highly regarded
