Your Impact

As Supply Chain Lead - Route to Market (RTM), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Asahi Beverages’ supply chain network. Working within a high-profile transformation program, you'll be the central point of accountability for supply chain outcomes across the RTM portfolio, ensuring strategic decisions deliver sustainable value, operational efficiency and business continuity. 

This is a unique opportunity to influence the design of our future state network, translating strategy into executable outcomes across manufacturing, logistics, distribution and customer delivery models. You’ll lead a team of specialists, partner with senior leaders across the business and help deliver one of the most significant supply chain transformation programs in our organisation. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain analysis and modelling to assess RTM options and identify the optimal network design.
  • Evaluate operational and financial impacts, providing clear insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Translate RTM strategy into executable supply chain initiatives and implementation plans.
  • Design future distribution, delivery and cross-dock models that support long-term growth.
  • Partner with Commercial, Logistics, Finance and other stakeholders to balance value, complexity and operational performance.
  • Develop business cases, recommendations and negotiation strategies that support successful RTM outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across functions, ensuring decisions are understood, supported and consistently executed.
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver complex transformation initiatives and realise programme benefits.
     
     

About You

You are a strategic and commercially minded supply chain leader who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing large-scale transformation initiatives. You bring strong analytical capability, a collaborative leadership style and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes.

You'll bring:
  • Experience leading complex business, customer or transformation initiatives in a large and dynamic environment.
  • Strong supply chain, logistics, commercial or operational management experience.
  • Proven ability to assess complex scenarios and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Advanced financial and commercial acumen, with experience building business cases and evaluating trade-offs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • A track record of delivering outcomes across cross-functional teams and matrix organisations.
  • Experience working with customer-facing or commercial functions and an understanding of how commercial decisions impact operational execution.
  • Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline will be well regarded, though not essential.
