Lead the largest National Account Manager portfolio in our business and one of our most strategically important customer partnerships. As National Account Manager - Beer, you'll drive commercial growth across category, influence customer strategy, lead a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping the future success of both Asahi and BWS. This is a highly visible role with significant leadership exposure and long-term career opportunity.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver volume, revenue and profitability targets across the Beer portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, promotional programs and revenue management initiatives.
• Lead the customer relationship, driving collaboration and long-term growth opportunities.
• Own forecasting, sales planning and two-way P&L management for the account.
• Partner with Category, Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain teams to deliver commercial plans and range reviews.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while contributing to the broader Retail Alcohol leadership group.

About You

• Proven National Account Management experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex customer partnerships and P&L performance.
• Demonstrated capability in negotiation, revenue management and category-led selling.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and planning capability with a focus on driving growth.
• A collaborative leader who can navigate ambiguity, develop talent and deliver results.
