Empower our sales teams and drive seamless commercial execution across Australia and New Zealand. As Commercial Operations Process Analyst in Digital, you will sit within the Business Process Efficiency (BPE) team, analysing and optimising how our commercial plan comes to life on the ground. You will challenge existing ways of working to simplify, standardise, and digitise commercial processes while balancing real-world technology constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyse end-to-end commercial operations processes to support sales efficiency and operational execution.
• Capture current-state and target-state workflows clearly defined in Asahi BPMN standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, architecture, and technology teams to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and streamline workflows across commercial platforms.
• Analyse operational metrics and customer feedback to drive root-cause problem solving.
• Support delivery teams during initiative rollouts to ensure business requirements and new controls are successfully implemented.

About You

• 3 to 7 years of experience analysing commercial, sales operations, or business execution processes.
• Hands-on process mapping expertise using established BPM tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to core enterprise and commercial systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and TPM/promotion management platforms.
• FMCG, beverage, or retail sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex operational problems for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Thinks strategically but acts pragmatically, seeing technology constraints as design inputs rather than barriers.
