As Brand Manager, you will develop and deliver brand strategies that connect with consumers and produce strong commercial outcomes. From insight-led campaigns and experiences to innovation and customer activation, you will influence how these brands show up across every touchpoint.

As Somersby & Shibori are both partner brands, a key focus of the role is being a strategic & creative partner to Carlsberg (Somersby) and AGH (Shibori). This position requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, including influencing key partners, shaping strategic direction, and ensuring the achievement of commercial outcomes.  

Please note, this is a parental leave cover and will be offered as a secondment until November 2027. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual commercial plans.
• Monitor brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead creative campaigns, media activity and consumer experiences.
• Partner with Innovation teams to shape and deliver the pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with agency and global brand partners.
• Lead cross functional projects that deliver commercial impact.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in FMCG marketing at Brand Manager level.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Proven capability in brand positioning and communications development.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Passion for consumer insights, innovation and growth.
