Your Impact

As Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain Capital & Projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring our capital investments deliver sustainable value across the supply chain. Leading a small, high-performing team, you'll partner closely with Supply Chain and Commercial leaders to provide strategic financial insight, challenge thinking, and drive investment decisions that support growth, efficiency and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain project leaders to evaluate capital investment opportunities through robust financial modelling, including NPV, IRR and payback analysis.
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making and identify value creation opportunities across Supply Chain and Commercial operations.
• Manage capital expenditure and restructuring cost performance through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring delivery against financial targets and investment outcomes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ROI and project benefits realisation, providing clear visibility on portfolio performance.
• Act as a trusted financial steward, providing constructive challenge and governance to ensure investments are financially sound, strategically aligned and deliver shareholder value.

About You

• Experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within Supply Chain or Commercial Finance
• CA or CPA qualified
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of financial analysis, business performance drivers, capital investment evaluation and value creation methodologies.
• Advanced analytical capability, including experience with financial modelling, data analysis, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive outcomes through collaboration.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
