Bring the Pirate Life brand to life through partnerships, sponsorships and experiences that create lasting connections with consumers and drive commercial growth.

Based in Port Adelaide, this role will lead the development and delivery of high impact activations, strategic collaborations and memorable events that strengthen brand awareness, trial and engagement across Australia.

This role is a 6 Month secondment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify and secure partnership opportunities across sport, music, hospitality, culture and community sectors.
• Lead sponsorship negotiations and manage partner relationships to maximise value and outcomes.
• Plan and deliver major brand events, festivals, activations and consumer experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to create impactful customer engagement opportunities.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless event and partnership execution.

About You

• Proven experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, events or experiential marketing programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating agreements and managing external relationships.
• Demonstrated success delivering large scale consumer or trade events from concept through execution.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• A collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience within FMCG, beverages, hospitality, sport, entertainment or a related industry will be highly regarded.
