Your Impact

As Program Lead, you’ll drive Asahi Beverages’ Single Serve Impulse and Perfect Store growth agenda, taking high-value commercial opportunities from concept and business case through to customer execution, measurement and long-term adoption.

Working across independent, corporate and emerging retail channels, you’ll lead initiatives that improve chilled availability, space, range and visibility. You’ll bring cross-functional teams together, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and build the commercial evidence needed to unlock future front-of-store and Perfect Store opportunities

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic retail growth initiatives and programs.
• Develop business cases and identify high-value commercial opportunities.
• Drive execution across independent, corporate and emerging retail channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Manage program governance, reporting, risks and performance measurement.
• Build the capability, evidence and insights needed to unlock future Perfect Store opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience leading complex commercial programs or strategic projects.
• Background in FMCG, retail, category, sales, customer or commercial functions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capability.
• Comfortable driving change, delivering through others and turning strategy into action.
