Bring creative ideas to life at 1House, Asahi Beverages’ in-house agency. Based in Southbank, you’ll help deliver campaigns and content for iconic brands.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll lead selected projects and support larger productions, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery. From the initial brief to the final edit, you’ll connect people, schedules and resources to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support productions from brief through to delivery, translating creative concepts into achievable production plans.
• Develop scopes, budgets and schedules that keep pre-production, shoots and post-production on track.
• Source and coordinate production partners, studios and freelancers to bring the creative vision to life.
• Manage post-production workloads and capacity, ensuring editors and motion designers have the assets they need.
• Track project costs, manage invoices and maintain financial administration to deliver within budget.
• Collaborate with creative, brand and project teams, contributing production expertise to briefs, pitches and delivery challenges.

About You

• You bring at least 4 years’ experience in an agency, production company or freelance production environment.
• You have delivered projects across different budgets, with strong production planning and financial management skills.
• Strong knowledge of post-production helps you plan realistic schedules and keep editing and motion design work moving.
• Clear communication and an approachable manner help you build relationships with clients, creatives and production partners.
• Good organisation and practical problem-solving skills allow you to manage competing deadlines without losing sight of the details.
• Experience in beverages or consumer goods would be an advantage, as would familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
