We are currently looking for a talented Customer Marketing Specialists to come and join the CUB Trade Marketing team. As part of your new role you will be working with our key On Premise Customers to bring our brands to life. Leveraging both internal and external relationships this role is primarily focused on developing and executing (in line with JBP strategic initiatives) opportunities that drive sales growth for CUB brands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with the customer marketing manager in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with strategic customers.
  • Input into key customer meetings, forums, and presentations: JBP/QBR, ranging & NPD opportunities, customer reviews, customer immersions and other key customer meetings, which includes coordinating/preparing promotional activation, and merchandising plans prior to meetings.
  • Activate against brand guidelines and category growth drivers, with a strong understanding of consumer occasions.

•    Support and input into agency briefing for in venue activations.

  • Provide input into the annual plan as part of the on-premise channel and customer team.
  • Implement the on-premise activity plan and innovation launch plans for the on-premise channel within key customer groups, working closely with brand on execution requirements.
  • Develop BTL activities for key strategic customers aligned to the joint business plan, working closely with the customer marketing manager, brand, category, and sales teams.
  • Activate against brand guidelines and category growth drivers with a strong understanding of consumer occasions.
  • Measure ROI performance of any customer activity against agreed targets and share reviews/learnings to optimise future activities.
  • Manage budgets through relevant team processes and rhythms.
  • Develop sales briefing content for customer activity (for sales operations and sales teams) through cycle planning forums.

Additionally:

 

  • Solid commercial experience within Sales, Digital Marketing, Event Activation, Marketing, or Trade Marketing
  • Category experience will be a benefit.
