Graphic Designer- Never Never

Your Impact 

The Graphic Designer plays an integral role in the Never Never team, responsible for controlling the way our brand is consumed. Leading the design and production of all internal and external creative brand material, as well as supporting the way we build our social media content. 

We’re seeking a multi-disciplined creative individual to take Never Never to the masses across our digital and social channels while creating exceptional marketing materials to drive our message beyond the next horizon.

Key responsibilities  

You’ll join a motivated team at an exciting time of growth, to help deliver our ambition of building Australia’s best premium spirits brand, key accountabilities include. 
 

  • Brand Development and Growth, through the development of graphic design content for a variety of platforms and communications 

  • Support the development and creative execution of major brand and product campaigns 

  • Build and maintain exceptional pieces of creative under strict timelines at a very high level of output quality 

  • Provide recommendations to optimise brand design and content across all touchpoints. 

  • Ensure compliance to ABAC standards and guidelines via SMCC process (legal, regulatory & corporate affairs compliance)

About You 

Our Graphic Designer will have a voice and seat at the table when it comes to contributing to the creative of the next campaign, photo shoot, event direction or hospitality experience. 

We are looking for someone with the below experience:  

  • Proven experience in graphic and visual design roles, across a variety of formats and communications 

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Creative portfolio demonstrating elevated design and content development skills across multiple media formats 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  

  • Experience with web design and CMS platforms
