Help bring the next generation of products to life at Asahi Beverages. This is an opportunity to work across the innovation journey, taking ideas from early development through to commercialisation and launch, while building your experience across brands, consumers and new product development.

Reporting to the Senior Innovation Manager, RTD & Spirits, the Innovation Specialist will support and lead selected innovation and renovation initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to turn ideas and opportunities into products that can succeed in market.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate innovation and renovation projects from concept development through to commercialisation and launch
• Bring cross functional teams together to progress opportunities through key stages of development
• Support ideation, concept development and design with internal teams, customers and agency partners
• Manage project budgets, timelines and key processes, identifying risks and opportunities along the way
• Use data and insights to develop customer sell in materials and communicate plans across Brand and Sales teams
• Track the performance of launched projects, capturing learnings to strengthen future innovation

About You: 

• 2 to 3 years’ experience across brand management, marketing or a commercially focused role, ideally within consumer goods
• A strong consumer and marketing mindset, with curiosity about trends, brands and new product opportunities
• Commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions
• Creative and curious, with an innovation mindset and willingness to experiment, test and learn
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across cross functional teams
• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership and keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment
