Your Impact
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Manager to join our Laverton site. In this role you will deliver improvements to plant and equipment performance through an effective program of preventative and predictive maintenance in conjunction with continuous improvement activities. You'll be leading a Maintenance Scheduler and a Maintenance Coordinator; driving the maintenance and reliability strategy for the year ahead, while supporting the ongoing development of your team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach your team to foster a high-performance, continuous improvement culture that maximises equipment reliability and ensures consistent product supply.

Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and compliance with legislative requirements.

Manage capital and NPD projects to support world-class operational performance and ongoing site improvement initiatives.

Drive asset management and budgeting, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, maintenance scheduling (routine and shutdown), and optimisation of packaging line performance.

Ensure team capability and performance through recruitment, coaching, setting strategic goals, learning plans, and managing HR/IR matters effectively.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, EHS, QA, HR, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, CI culture, and safe, compliant operations.
About You

Experience managing budgets, with strong business acumen.

Experience leading maintenance or reliability programs in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.

Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong leadership ability or potential, with sound judgement under pressure and ability to coach capability within your team.
- Engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline would be highly regarded.
- Background in FMCG or similar industries would be highly regarded.
