Your Impact
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Supply Chain Portfolio Planner to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract based at our Papakura, New Zealand manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll support the smooth delivery of product changes and new launches by helping to coordinate supply chain activities across key teams. You’ll work closely with Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Project teams to keep things on track and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help coordinate timelines for new product launches and product changes

• Support material ordering and stock planning to make sure everything arrives on time

• Work with other teams to make sure supply plans match what’s needed for launch

• Keep clear communication with different parts of the business to update on progress

• Assist with identifying and helping to minimise waste or stock issues

About You
You’re organised, a great communicator, and enjoy working with others to get things done. You like solving problems, staying on top of details, and learning how supply chains work behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

• Some experience in supply chain, planning or logistics (FMCG experience is a bonus)

• Comfortable working with Excel and using planning tools or systems

• Great organisation skills and the ability to manage competing tasks

• A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn
