At 1House you will be at the centre of delivering trade marketing work that connects with consumers and builds our brands. As Project Lead you will manage a mix of production projects and` creative ideas through to delivery, keeping projects on track, relationships strong and the work at a high standard.

Please note, this role will be offered as a fixed term contract until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of trade and NZ briefs from concept through to market
• Oversee multiple projects across print, digital and animated POS, ensuring they are on time, on budget and on brand
• Lead the briefing, workflow and resourcing process using Asana to keep the squad aligned and moving forward
• Work closely with Brand Partners, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and NZ brand teams
• Spot potential roadblocks early, resolve issues quickly and maintain quality standards
• Track budgets, P&L and performance to show value and results to the business

About You:

• Passionate about iconic brands and consumer-focused creative with a strong eye for detail
• Experienced in social and digital marketing, brand marketing, production or integrated creative agencies
• Confident using project management tools like Asana to drive clarity, accountability and timely delivery
• Comfortable managing multiple projects while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• A clear communicator who can build rapport and keep everyone on the same page
• Adaptable and energised by a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Results focused, accountable and committed to delivering work that inspires and performs
