Your Impact
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager – SCSEA Integration to support alignment with Group financial processes, governance standards, and reporting timelines.
Combining technical accounting expertise with forward-looking financial planning capability, this role will ensure the SCSEA region (consisting of 22 countries) delivers accurate and timely consolidated results, meets statutory and governance requirements, and embeds consistent processes across the APAC region.
This role will also strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning cycles, enabling high-quality insights to support better business decisions.
Acting as the primary link between Group Accounting, Group FP&A, and the SCSEA finance team (based in Kuala Lumpur), this position will provide technical accounting guidance, process leadership, and hands-on support to accelerate integration, capability, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for SCSEA finance integration matters across both accounting and FP&A domains.
- Partner with the SCSEA team in Kuala Lumpur to deliver accurate and timely month-end close, consolidation and statutory reporting.
- Drive robust forecasting, budgeting and mid-term planning cycles aligned to Group standards and timelines.
- Embed Group accounting policies, governance frameworks, and internal controls across SCSEA.
- Provide expert technical accounting guidance to address complex accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.
- Identify and address gaps in governance and control environments to strengthen the finance foundation.
- Build capability within the SCSEA finance team through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in senior finance manager roles (or equivalent), preferably in FMCG, with exposure to both technical accounting and FP&A (budget, forecasting, variance analysis)
- Experience working with offshore or regional teams, particularly in Asia, and comfortable navigating cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiency across regions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and embed change effectively.
- Committed to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
