We are undertaking an exciting transformation through the implementation of an ERP template for the business, and we are seeking a highly capable and experienced PMO Delivery Manager to support this important program.

 

 

You will work closely with the PMO Lead, supporting the delivery of key project milestones, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, and maintaining rigorous project governance standards. You will act as a central coordination point, enabling efficient execution, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.

 

 

This is a 12-month contract role with possibility to extend

 

 

About the Role

 

 

  • Schedule and facilitate project cadences, documenting and distributing accurate meeting records to support effective execution.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure transparent and accountable project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues to maintain progress and alignment with objectives.
  • Provide project management support to cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, particularly via PowerPoint,and reports (including via Altus Project Management Software), ensuring stakeholder clarity and alignment.

 

 

About You

 

 

  • Tertiary education qualifications highly regarded
  • Previous experience in full ERP implementation in SAP highly preferred
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally within large complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels and work effectively in a matrixed organisation.
  • Demonstrated accountability in delivering outcomes, managing competing priorities, and navigating fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • Proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and applying critical thinking to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and reporting tools to deliver clear, executive-level updates and recommendations.
