Sales Representative – Bay of Plenty (South)

Your Impact
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Bay of Plenty South region, based in Tauranga or Rotorua. In this role, you’ll represent some of New Zealand’s most loved brands, working closely with customers to deliver commercial growth and outstanding in-store execution. You’ll take ownership of your territory, achieving sales KPIs while building strong and lasting relationships across your customer base.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve daily sales KPIs across volume, revenue, and profit

• Visit customers as per your call cycle, ensuring high standards of execution in every outlet

• Grow the core product range within each customer segment

• Manage company equipment effectively to ensure return on investment

• Handle customer administration including rebates, contracts, and equipment returns

• Engage customers with our brands through creative problem-solving and strong collaboration

• Champion health, safety, and environmental responsibilities in your work

About You

• Ideally 2+ years’ field sales experience in FMCG

• Commercial tertiary qualification (preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Skilled in sales planning and executing commercial programs

• Confident in conflict management and influencing outcomes

• Organized, approachable, and able to build strong customer partnerships
