Merchandiser – Rotorua (10 hours per week)

Your Impact
We’re looking for an energetic part-time Merchandiser (10 hours per week) to join our team in Rotorua. In this role, you’ll ensure our market-leading portfolio is always available, professionally presented, and executed to the highest standards in-store. You’ll build strong working relationships with store staff, support new product launches, and bring our promotional activities to life across your territory.

Key Accountabilities

• Merchandise our product range to planogram standards, ensuring shelves, fridges, and displays are fully stocked and shoppable

• Execute promotional activities, new product launches, and sampling initiatives in assigned stores

• Maintain high execution standards with pricing, point-of-sale material, and on-shelf visibility

• Ensure all products are rotated, faced up, and date-checked

• Build positive store-level relationships and provide timely feedback to customers and internal teams

• Represent the company with professionalism and pride while delivering on customer needs

• Support a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace

About You

• Previous experience in merchandising or FMCG customer service

• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Strong time management and planning skills

• Excellent personal presentation and communication

• Current driver’s license and ability to complete manual handling tasks
