B2B eCommerce System Administrator (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a newly created 18-month fixed-term opportunity supporting a major transformation across Asahi's digital ordering platforms.

As our business rolls out a new customer portal and broader system enhancements, you'll play a critical role in keeping BAU operations running smoothly while internal teams focus on project delivery. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation program while gaining exposure to one of Australia's leading digital commerce environments.

You'll be the go-to for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), ensuring our B2B ordering platforms run seamlessly across both Alcohol and Non-Alcohol portfolios. From troubleshooting issues to supporting product launches and system upgrades, your work will directly impact customer experience, sales execution and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) B2B platforms.

• Act as the first point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer and field queries.

• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, product visibility issues and order failures.

• Support field sales, CSC, National Accounts and internal teams with system-related queries.

• Maintain product catalogues, pricing displays, user access and account hierarchies.

• Manage inbound requests through the B2B Operations inbox within agreed SLAs.

• Support new product launches, SKU transitions and promotional configurations.

• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to testing activities (UAT and regression testing) and broader transformation projects, including the customer portal rollout.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, IT and Digital teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is essential.

• Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem (ECC/S4) and system integrations.

• Background supporting digital commerce or customer-facing platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment and managing competing priorities.

• High attention to detail with strong governance and documentation discipline.

• Confident stakeholder manager across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong systems aptitude with the ability to learn quickly.

• Experience supporting testing, upgrades or transformation initiatives will be highly regarded.

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
