B2B eCommerce System Administrator (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your Impact
This is a newly created 18-month fixed-term opportunity supporting a major transformation across Asahi's digital ordering platforms.
As our business rolls out a new customer portal and broader system enhancements, you'll play a critical role in keeping BAU operations running smoothly while internal teams focus on project delivery. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation program while gaining exposure to one of Australia's leading digital commerce environments.
You'll be the go-to for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), ensuring our B2B ordering platforms run seamlessly across both Alcohol and Non-Alcohol portfolios. From troubleshooting issues to supporting product launches and system upgrades, your work will directly impact customer experience, sales execution and operational efficiency across the business.
Key Accountabilities

Manage day-to-day administration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) B2B platforms.

Act as the first point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer and field queries.

Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, product visibility issues and order failures.

Support field sales, CSC, National Accounts and internal teams with system-related queries.

Maintain product catalogues, pricing displays, user access and account hierarchies.

Manage inbound requests through the B2B Operations inbox within agreed SLAs.

Support new product launches, SKU transitions and promotional configurations.

Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to testing activities (UAT and regression testing) and broader transformation projects, including the customer portal rollout.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, IT and Digital teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
About You
-
Proven experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is essential.

Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem (ECC/S4) and system integrations.

Background supporting digital commerce or customer-facing platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment and managing competing priorities.

High attention to detail with strong governance and documentation discipline.

Confident stakeholder manager across both technical and non-technical teams.

Strong systems aptitude with the ability to learn quickly.

Experience supporting testing, upgrades or transformation initiatives will be highly regarded.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
