As a Flavour Specialist, you’ll  assist in the manufacturing and optimisation across Asahi’s Beverage portfolio. Working in our in-house Flavour Manufacturing team in Wodonga, VIC, your work will directly enhance product taste, cost efficiency, and in-house flavour manufacturing capabilities, contributing to commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture of flavours, colours, and extracts for production, focussing on cost, performance, and  maintaining a high standard of production quality
• Apply analytical tools to assess flavour composition and quality.
• Validate developed flavours in application to ensure taste in final beverage and ensure taste delivery across the product shelf-life.
• Manage technical data and ERP systems to ensure compliance to internal quality standards and regulations.
• Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards in both lab and production environments

About You
You have a strong foundation in quality or manufacturing processes and a passion for  manufacturing products consumers love. You’re highly attentive to detail, hands-on, and able to work independently

You’ll also bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, quality, food science role within the food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry
• A practical, analytical mindset with experience in scientific/quality testing and sensory evaluation
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-directed working style
