The Opportunity

As State Account Manager, you'll lead and develop a team to deliver sustainable sales growth while building strong relationships with strategic customers across your state.

You'll be responsible for executing commercial priorities, accelerating new business acquisition, coaching team capability, and ensuring strong execution of national and state sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the state commercial strategy to deliver sales, profit and market share targets
• Drive new business acquisition and build a strong growth pipeline
• Develop, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships across key accounts
• Lead customer negotiations, commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
• Drive forecasting, reporting and sales planning disciplines
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
