We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality team in Wulkuraka, QLD. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build their career in quality, laboratory operations or food manufacturing while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into future leadership opportunities.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting product quality, food safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the site, while working closely with manufacturing and operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting laboratory testing and calibration activities
• Monitoring water treatment processes and taking appropriate action where required
• Collecting, registering and coordinating samples for internal and external testing
• Supporting retention sample monitoring programs
• Assisting with quality compliance and internal auditing activities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across quality and manufacturing operations
• Working collaboratively with production teams to identify issues and facilitate effective problem solving
• Providing operational support to maintain product quality and food safety standards.

About you

While experience in quality assurance, laboratory environments or FMCG manufacturing is advantageous, we're ultimately seeking someone with the right attitude and potential.
