Help shape the future of Safety & Wellbeing systems, data and reporting at Asahi Beverages. This newly created leadership role brings together digital platforms, data governance, analytics and continuous improvement to strengthen how Safety & Wellbeing information is managed and used across the business.

You will lead the implementation and optimisation of key platforms, improve how systems connect and strengthen reporting for operational and senior leadership audiences. It is a broad role for someone who can combine technology, governance and business thinking to create practical, sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, optimisation and governance of key Safety & Wellbeing systems and digital platforms, ensuring configuration, workflows and data are fit for purpose.
• Scope and deliver future technology solutions and integrations, translating business requirements into practical improvements across the systems landscape.
• Strengthen Power BI and executive reporting capability, providing accurate and meaningful insights for operational leaders, the ELT and Board.
• Establish clear data governance standards, definitions and controls that improve integrity and consistency across Safety & Wellbeing platforms and reporting.
• Deliver strategic projects and system enabled improvements, including technology and data solutions that support critical risk priorities.
• Lead and develop the S&W Systems Auditor & Insights Specialist while building strong partnerships across IT, Procurement, ESW and other functional teams.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in information systems, data and analytics, safety, business or another relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise system implementation, optimisation and governance - ideally within Safety, HSE or another compliance focused environment.
• Proven experience delivering Power BI reporting and analytics that turn data into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data integrity and the integration of multiple systems into reliable reporting environments.
• Experience with platforms such as EcoPortal, Rapid, Sedex or comparable HSE or GRC technologies would be valuable, with operational or FMCG exposure also beneficial.
• A collaborative and strategic leader who combines strong analytical thinking with clear communication, stakeholder influence and practical problem solving.
