Turn Safety & Wellbeing data into meaningful insights while helping strengthen the systems behind it. This role combines analytics, systems auditing, reporting and hands on platform administration to improve data confidence and support better decision making across Asahi Beverages.

You will work across Power BI and key Safety & Wellbeing systems, investigating data and system quality, strengthening governance reporting and supporting assurance activity. It is a varied opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and data while staying connected to practical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and interrogate Power BI and system reports to identify trends, gaps and anomalies and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
• Audit system configuration, workflows, permissions and data quality across Safety & Wellbeing platforms, helping address data integrity issues at their source.
• Prepare accurate governance, assurance and compliance reporting, including dashboards and scheduled reporting for operational and leadership audiences.
• Support assurance activities through the analysis and tracking of findings, corrective actions and relevant compliance information.
• Provide specialist administration across Safety & Wellbeing platforms, supporting configuration, user access, testing, troubleshooting and future enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work with Safety & Wellbeing, IT, operations and functional teams to deliver practical system and reporting outcomes.

About You

• Qualifications in data and analytics, information systems, safety, business or a related discipline, or equivalent specialist experience.
• Experience working in a data, systems, reporting or analyst role, ideally with exposure to Safety & Wellbeing, HSE, GRC, audit or compliance environments.
• Hands on experience interrogating and administering enterprise systems, with EcoPortal, Rapid, Sedex or comparable HSE or GRC platforms highly relevant.
• Proven capability building Power BI or similar reports and dashboards, together with solid data analytics and modelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to identifying anomalies, investigating data quality issues and turning information into useful recommendations.
• A collaborative and organised communicator who can work across different stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outputs to deadlines.
