Your Impact

 

 

You will sit within Asahi’s Regional Hub and drive awareness and delivery of agreed continuous improvement activities to support a seamless delivery of Finance Services operational activities, working closely with key stakeholders, on-shore and off-shore team members to achieve target outcomes.

 

You will support process standardisation initiatives across business entities and support the transformation and transition of finance processes into Business Services.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

 

  • Delivery of identified process improvements initiatives to standardise and optimise the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Journal Entry and Approvals Framework
  • Analyse data and prepare required reports to identify process and compliance gaps, and deliver action plan for the identified process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and improve templates and reports, and communicate findings using dashboards and tools
  • Responsible for ensuring Balance Sheet Reconciliations timelines are adhered to
  • Lead and support delivery of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Set up and maintain users on Bank Account portals in timely manner
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and develop relationships that create mutual trust and accountability

 

 

 

About you:

 

 

  • Experience in a Finance Analyst role working with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analytical skills and financial acumen to assess data, identify root causes and key drivers
  • Experience working in a complex environment with the ability to work with onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to derive usable information from a data set to support decision making
  • Strong SAP knowledge essential
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Blackline highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Bank Systems administration highly regarded
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerQuery and SharePoint highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or related field high preferred
