Senior Field Sales Manager – Make Your Mark with ALB
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Field Sales Leader ready to drive commercial success and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
As the Senior Field Sales Manager, you’ll take the reins of a passionate field sales team, leading them to deliver results across volume, revenue, margin, and distribution within your territory.
You’ll be at the forefront of new business acquisition, account base growth, and ensuring ALB is always the beverage partner of choice through your team of six covering the South Side of Brisbane to Northern NSW.
This role is more than just hitting numbers — it’s about building a high performance sales culture, lifting capability, and delivering sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and inspire Territory Managers and Business Development Executives to exceed KPIs.
- Own the territory P&L — drive volume, revenue, and margin through smart portfolio and trade spend management.
- Champion account base excellence, while actively supporting new business acquisition and onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ALB products are front of mind and front of shelf.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience of sales, including solid experience in field management within FMCG.
- A strong track record of leading teams to hit and exceed commercial goals.
- Commercial sharpness — confident with P&L ownership, trade terms, and customer negotiations.
- A natural coach who builds capability and drives performance.
- Grit, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
