Your Impact
In this senior role, you will lead the strategic direction for category and channel growth within the Away From Home segment. You will partner closely with commercial teams and key customers to embed actionable strategies that align category priorities with channel and shopper needs. Your influence will extend across internal and external stakeholders as you champion the voice of the customer and drive execution excellence through collaboration, insight-led planning and commercial rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Category Growth Strategy and embed it into Channel and Customer Strategies.
- Lead creation of ‘How to Win’ customer and channel strategies to guide Range Reviews aligned with Joint Business Plans and POP vision.
- Define long term POP architecture by strategic customer across perfect store to unlock growth drivers & leverage channel based shopper opportunities.
- Drive strategic customer engagement and JBP development support alongside account teams to gain internal and external buy-in.
- Be the voice of the customer and channel in internal forums to inform and influence company wide strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integration of category, customer and shopper strategies for maximum growth impact.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years FMCG experience in Sales, Category Development, or Marketing within a commercial function.
- Proven track record developing and executing category strategies.
- Highly skilled in analysis, actionable planning and translating insights into impactful strategies.
- Highly skilled presenting and storytelling skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Skilled influencer with proven ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Results-oriented with a focus on excellence, driving commercial outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing Point of Purchase visions and leading strategic customer engagements and Range Reviews.
