Join Asahi Beverages New Zealand as a Sales Representative – Route, supporting our Non-Alcohol portfolio across convenience, cafés, lunch bars, and petrol & independent outlets in the Auckland region.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll work your own territory, calling on a set group of accounts to grow volume, expand core range distribution, and maximise equipment returns. You’ll have the chance to learn the ropes from experienced peers and build your commercial toolkit with support from a global powerhouse.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage a set territory and conduct 10–15 customer calls per day
• Build customer relationships and deliver against daily sales KPIs
• Increase volume, distribution, and profit through effective selling
• Maximise visibility and availability of our products in store
• Ensure strong fridge presence, compliance, and contract execution
• Drive new product ranging and execute tailored trade promotions
• Maintain accurate call cycles and report through Salesforce

About You

• Entry-level to 2 years’ experience in FMCG, merchandising, retail, or customer service
• Customer service backgrounds are highly valued – if you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or similar, we want to hear from you
• Sales or account management background a bonus, but not essential
• Tech-savvy – able to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Comfortable with autonomy and routine territory travel
• Strong communication skills and fluent English required
• You will need to be a team player, with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow
