Join Asahi Lifestyle Beverages as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving sales, distribution, and promotional success across our dynamic portfolio. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to deliver commercial growth, strengthen customer relationships, and execute impactful activation plans in market. Key Accountabilities
- Maximise commercial initiatives and deliver agreed sales, distribution, and profitability targets
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key customers and deliver best-in-class service
- Implement promotional programs, category growth initiatives, and trade investment plans
- Monitor competitor activity and act decisively to protect and grow market share
- Ensure flawless execution of new product launches, merchandising, and national sales programs
- Collaborate with channel strategy, activation, and sales teams to deliver customer engagement and commercial results
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, ideally within FMCG
- Commercial tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build customer partnerships and influence outcomes
- Confident with presentations, planning, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ambitious and driven to achieve results in a competitive market
