Your Impact

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the management and continuous improvement of our core infrastructure. You’ll oversee a small internal team and external service providers to maintain and upgrade data centre and remote site environments, ensuring stability and performance. With a strong foundation in enterprise systems and virtualisation, you’ll balance day-to-day operations with strategic lifecycle planning—driving service excellence and positioning the business for future growth.

About the Role

• Manage and support VMware and Cisco-based infrastructure across data centres and remote sites
• Oversee lifecycle maintenance of storage systems, backups, and the virtualisation environment
• Work closely with transition teams to support the shift from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based platforms

About You

• Strong experience supporting enterprise data centre environments, ideally across multiple sites
• Deep expertise in VMware, Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, and Cohesity for high-availability infrastructure
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience, including oversight of support teams and vendor performance
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, system admin, and ITIL-based service frameworks
• Exposure to Azure (especially Azure Local) and experience with infrastructure upgrades and VMware-to-Azure migrations
