Your Impact 

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across a vibrant territory spanning Southport to Byron Bay. This role sits within the Away From Home channel, servicing a diverse mix of customers including independent bakeries, fast food outlets, restaurants, fish & chip shops, and national accounts. 

You’ll be responsible for representing our full portfolio of packaged goods, with a strong focus on non-alcoholic beverages such as Schweppes, Pepsi, Cool Ridge, Gatorade, Lipton Iced Tea and Pop Tops. You’ll also support sales of alcoholic beverages and coffee products. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market share and strengthening customer relationships across this dynamic and varied channel. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and grow a customer base across Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW 

• Execute account and channel plans, ensuring distribution, promotional compliance, and in-store standards 

• Drive sales of our full product portfolio, with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages 

• Support new product launches and promotional programs 

• Collaborate with internal teams including Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Technical Services 

• Participate in a structured onboarding and training program (4–6 weeks), including field support and process establishment 

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards 

About You 

• Based in the NSW/Gold Coast border region 

• Looking to start or grow your career in FMCG 

• Some experience in customer service or sales preferred 

• Comfortable working independently and spending time in the field 

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset 

• Retail exposure or understanding of territory-based sales is a plus
