Your Impact
Joining our Tullamarine, VIC site, you will ensure critical engineering parts are available when needed, supporting planned maintenance, breakdown response and capital works across site operations. Your work protects production continuity, cost control and safety by keeping engineering inventory accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering inventory to ensure parts availability and prevent production downtime.
  • Run daily materials planning and raise purchase orders in line with Asahi purchasing policies.
  • Maintain accurate SAP records, including stock movements, BOMs, tagging and master data.
  • Coordinate repairs and returns with suppliers, tracking progress to completion.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Optimise store layout and materials handling to improve efficiency and safe access to parts.
About You
  • You bring experience managing engineering or maintenance stores within a manufacturing environment.
  • You are confident using SAP and inventory systems to control stock, planning and reporting.
  • You understand engineering operations, materials handling and maintenance workflows.
  • You build strong working relationships with trades, planners and suppliers.
