We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Finance Manager – Costing to join our Supply Chain Finance Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement of product costing across both our alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios.

 

You will lead the establishment and maintenance of accurate standard costs for all manufactured products. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to support efficient and insight-driven New Product Development (NPD) costings. You will also play a key role in analysing cost movements through the annual budgeting process and driving enhancements to costing processes and systems.

About the Role

 

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Costs (SDCs) and costing master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings across all alcohol and non-alcohol products, including year-end cost rollovers
  • Take end-to-end ownership of NPD costings, delivering accurate and commercially relevant insights to support decision-making
  • Partner with the Master Data Governance team to identify data quality issues and implement sustainable improvements
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of all standard costing activities within SAP
  • Analyse and explain movements in standard costs throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within product costing processes and SAP systems

 

About You

 

  • Strong experience in product costing or related finance roles
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Extensive experience working with SAP, particularly in product costing and master data environments
  • Strong expertise in SAP master data and product costing processes
  • Proven ability to lead within high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and value creation
  • Experience aligning systems and processes to drive operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
