Your Impact

As Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the smooth and effective operation of the Supply Chain leadership team, providing high-level coordination, administrative and operational support to the General Manager, Manufacturing Operations, and broader Supply Chain leadership.

You’ll be at the centre of how the Supply Chain function runs day to day - supporting leadership forums, site visits, approvals, internal communications and key projects. This is a role for someone who enjoys improving efficiency, keeping complex operations on track, and building trusted relationships across a large, matrixed organisation.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Proactively manage senior leader calendars and travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, transfers and visas where applicable.
  • Anticipate scheduling challenges, balancing competing priorities and adapting plans as needed.
  • Support the preparation of presentation material with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Attend key meetings to support effective execution, follow-up and action tracking.
  • Manage administration across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
  • Build strong relationships across Supply Chain and wider stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support, including expenses, events, project support and EA coverage.

You’re an organised, detail-focused professional who thrives on coordination, structure and supporting leaders to perform at their best. You enjoy being across multiple moving parts, working with a diverse stakeholder group, and problem solving on-to-go to keep everything moving.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or General Managers in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail, particularly across scheduling, approvals, documentation and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across functions and levels.
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong computer literacy to learn new systems.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and processes, with a mindset for efficiency and continuous improvement

Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related discipline will be well regarded, as will experience in operational, supply chain or manufacturing environments.
