Your Impact

Take ownership of one of Australia’s largest beer brands and drive both brand and commercial performance. You will lead key campaigns, shape the brand strategy, and deliver innovation and partnerships that influence how Great Northern shows up in market. This is a high-visibility role where you will work across the full marketing mix, partnering with senior stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful, insight-led outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand performance by monitoring results, identifying commercial opportunities, and optimising plans in-market
• Lead the development and execution of short and long-term brand strategy and integrated commercial plans
• Own the creative process, from briefing agencies through to delivering strong, effective campaigns across channels
• Lead key brand projects, including innovation and NPD, managing cross-functional teams and delivery end-to-end
• Partner with Sales, Insights, and Customer teams to ensure aligned and effective execution across channels
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong creative standards
• Contribute to broader portfolio and strategic initiatives, supporting long-term business growth

About You

• Proven Brand Manager experience with end-to-end ownership of campaigns and projects
• Strong capability in brand positioning and creative development
• Experience working with agencies and leading campaign development across multiple channels
• Commercially strong, with experience managing budgets, analysing performance, and influencing outcomes
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer teams
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of consumer, market, and shopper dynamics and how these translate into effective brand activity
