Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen Organisational Capability: Assess and develop organisational needs, provide insights, and implement innovative solutions to enhance capability, efficiency and performance.
- Talent Development: Design and deliver effective learning programs, facilitate orientation and internships, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Shaping Culture: Support culture strategy, lead initiatives to shape productive ways of working, integrating faith and culture initiatives.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Define and support diversity strategies, chair the BRIDGE Committee, and lead annual reporting on gender equality.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with global teams and advise on corporate communications.
- Administration: Manage talent records, administer training documents, and contribute to employer branding.
Who we’re looking for
As the successful applicant, you will have a breadth of capabilities including the ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles and demonstrate a delivery attitude, creativity and a focus on solutions.
You will have:
- Deep interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to promote a culture of learning and development enthusiastically.
- Use initiative and judgment effectively and manage conflicting demands, prioritises tasks, and solves problems efficiently.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (or equivalent), and related studies in organisational development.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise solutions to enhance organisational capability.
- Excellent delivery and facilitation skills, with experience in Captivate & Articulate e-learning software.
- Experience with principles, assessments, and measures of organisational capability and a strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
- Broad experience in in-person, online, and hybrid learning facilitation.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
