Here at SA Ambulance Service, we are on the hunt for energetic individuals who are wanting to join our Customer Service Centre.

We want to make life easy for our customers, so we are looking for fun and personable individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative working in our Customer Service Centre Centre.

This is a full-time position. You will be working on a roster anywhere between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm across Monday to Friday (no weekend work…. bonus!) This role is based in our Eastwood office on Greenhill Road.

Let's talk about this role
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be on the phones speaking with our customers to assist with varying enquires to do with SA Ambulance Service in our fast-paced Customer Service Centre.

A typical day could be: 

  • Responding to a variety of customer enquires via phone and e-channels 
  • assisting customers with queries about Ambulance Cover, Services & Ambulance related invoices.
  • Proactively managing complaints or disputes with a customer focus 
  • Communicating across internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer matters 
  • Maintaining customer records 
  • Contributing suggestions to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
