Overview

We are now accepting applications for casual Administration Officers to provide a range of clerical and client support services to Pinnaroo Hospital.

As the Administration Officer on duty, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all phone calls, patient bookings, document scanning, file management, courier services and general reception and administrative duties.

Eligibility

All applicants will be expected to have prior experience in clerical procedures.

You must have the ability to work collaboratively, supportively, effectively and with initiative within a team.  Working with minimal supervision, you must be able to communicate effectively and appropriately, maintaining good working relationships with a variety of persons including all staff, professionals, other agencies, service users and community members.  You must have the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and work timeframes including document handling and routine daily office tasks.  Advanced Keyboard skills essential.
