About You:

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic Clinical Nurses to join our Community Palliative Care team. Clinicians with a genuine interest in contributing to improving the lives of those with a life limiting illness and providing expert clinical care in their own homes are strongly encouraged to apply.

The NAPS community Service is made up of a dynamic multidisciplinary team who all work together to achieve a shared goal - optimising care for palliative care patients in their own environment. Our service is committed to providing best practice care that supports consumer choice and celebrates individuality. We deliver innovative, holistic, person-centred care to a diverse group of clients.
