About the role

The Seating Technician works under the direction of Senior Occupational Therapy staff,and is responsible for the provision of clinical Seating Services to the clients of Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Repat Health Precinct and other CALHN sites as appropriate.  The incumbent liaises daily with occupational therapists, other allied health professionals (AHPs), allied health assistants (AHAs), nursing staff and outside service provides, as may be necessary.  

Qualifications

  • An appropriate trade and post trade qualification such Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology or Certificate III in Upholstery.
