  • Salary $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. (pro rata) RN3| Full Time – Multiple contracts available for up to 12 months
  • Salary $112,625 - $122,610 p.a. (pro rata) AHP4| Full Time – Multiple contracts available for up to 12 months 

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Digital Optimisation Manager to join the team and help support our commitment to quality patient care!

About the Role:

The Manager - Digital Health, will lead and coordinate activates to support achievement of the organisations' strategic and operational priorities and will be required to coordinate and support Sunrise EMR across all staff groups and be a point of contact for the EMR program. The incumbent must have highly developed communication skills with experience in leading and coordinating a project/program and the associated change management activities. They must also have a detailed operational knowledge of service delivery in the organisation.

Please note: This position is multi-classed as either RN3 or AHP4 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

About you:

  • Registered or eligible  for registration:
    • (AHP4) Appropriate Allied Health Qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, giving eligibility for registration with relevant professional body and/or membership with the relevant professional association.
    • (RN3) Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
  • (RN3) Minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Project/Program management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles with responsibility for leading stakeholder engagement to influence and support system enhancement.
  • High level communication skills with experience in leading and coordinating a project/program and
    associated change management activities.
